
Dance Arts Main/Apprentice Company
A pre-professional program limited to advanced students ages 12 - 18 or by permission from the director. Members of the company are chosen by audition and must demonstrate a certain level of technique, talents, commitment, desire, and positive attitude about becoming a professional dancer.
All Company members are required to take two Ballet classes a week and at least two other dance forms (Modern, Jazz, Tap, etc.) with their Ballet studies.
The Apprentice Company is designed for the younger student who is serious about dance and would like to be in the Main Company as their dancing develops.
Main and Apprentice Company members must attend summer dance sessions and extra performances.


COMPANY PERFORMANCE SCHEDULE:
NUTCRACKER 2026- KENT STATE PERFORMING ARTS CENTER, December 4th, 5th and 6th.
Other performances-
AODF - Mansfield Ohio, Saturday, April 18th 2026
Peter Pan and Other Dance Works - Ohio Star Theater, Saturday April 11th 2026
OPPORTUNITIES FOR COMPANY MEMBERS AND OTHER STUDENTS:
Workshops, Guest Teachers, Ballet Exams, Parades, and area Festival performances
